i installed the latest extreme.the first problem is i cant login to admin on fire fox only ie
the second problem is i cant change avators.

Installed in a subfolder.

i can install any cms  but extreme and fusion and dont have any problems .

any ideas ?

If u can login to your Admin.php Page with IE, u should b able to with Firefox. Could b that a setting in Firefox is blocking u from logging in. The other could b a corrupt Firefox Profile. I've seen corrupt profiles that cause major problems. But it's hard to pinpoint the exact problem/cause of your problem.

I could test logging in to your Admin page from my end with my Firefox. I never have login problems with Firefox.

Did u create an Admin Account & Regular User Account using the same Password ??

For Avatars, do this change...

Go to your Forum Admin Panel --> General Admin --> Configuration --> Avatar Settings, then find this line...

Enable avatar uploading and change it to YES. Also b sure and change the... "Maximum Avatar File Size" to a larger size, cause if its too small Users will have problems uploading Avatars.

If u have any problems with any of this, I can check it, but will need your Admin Page Login and FTP Server Login to check it.

He may not have them in the right directory.  Make sure they are in "Site-name.com/modules/Forums/images/avatars"  The default location is on the "gallery" section.  On the same token he can either place them in there or place the folder here and locate it in the Avatar choice section located through his account.

In regards to the first problem about logging in, try selecting the "Compatibility" button at the top in the browser, to the right of where the url goes. It looks like a little broken page.  I don't know if this will help but it's worth a try.
