Hard to say Furion. Could b that he is updating the sites software, which is something that I need to do here on Realm Designz, just have not had time to do so.

maybe he has flown to coop

I beleive Electricoverride has his phpBB 3 site on hold, but more likely he decided to take it down due to not many use or show interest in the phpBB 3 Software for thier site. Not everyone like it or is willing to make such a switch to that software.
